These fully furnished suites are totally renovated with all the modern conveniences while maintaining the charm of the century old building. Located on the 2nd floor of a two story building on a quiet street, one block from the Laurier metro station and 3 blocks from the Mont Royal metro station. The trendy Laurier, Mont-Royal, St-Denis and St-Laurent streets and Mont Royal, La Fontaine and Laurier parks are all just a short walk away.
Suites have private entrance and private balconies and are very bright and cozy.
The amenities include:
- Private bathrooms with soak tub/shower stall and heated floor, supplied with toilet paper, tissues, soap and towels;
- Skylights in the bathrooms and entranceway;
- High ceilings and bamboo floor;
- Independent air-conditioning;
- Full kitchen/hotel type kitchenette equipped with stove/microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and towels, etc.
- Double futon in the suite #2 with full kitchen;
- Queen size bed with high quality mattress and luxurious cotton sheets and duvet;
- Shared washer/dryer and iron board;
- Cable TV and wireless Internet.
For cleaning the suites we are using as much as possible environmentally-friendly materials and high-pressure steam cleaner which cleans without chemicals at all.
Free parking on a safe and quiet street.

I would never stay at another place in Montreal. Period. Luke’s warm hospitality and exquisite taste in decorations( love the way the small round skylights in the bathrooms and hallways create a seductive reflection of light that captures the ethereal mood of this amazing city). I am the type of traveler that hates staying in city centers and touristic areas and much prefer staying in real neighborhoods to capture the soul of the place and feel more like a visitor than a tourist. Well, the neighborhood the beautiful suites are located in is absolutely the best area in MTL to stay in.

To escape the heat of North Carolina!
We have really enjoyed our stay here. The plcae is great, perfect for a small family. The neighbourhood is so adorable, we loved taking our son to the park and meeting the locals. Very convienient location as well. My favorite part is looking out the back at the yard and all the life going on there. This place makes you feel like you are really apart of the city for awile. I’m glad we picked a place a little bit outside of downtown, it’s quiet and peaceful. We hope to come back one day! Thanks for having us and we’ll be sure to reccommend this place to others.

What a completely pleasant stay. Luke has thought of every convenience and level of comfort achievable. Whisper quiet ceiling fans and smooth cotton sheets lulled us to sleep, and if needed we could have turned on the state-of-the-art a/c or the heated floor in the bathroom. Picture this–waking from a comfortable slumber, walking along a flower lined street a few minutes to find the most delicious cappuccino and croissants, brought back to our private home away from home…a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony before a stroll to the chic St.Denis for a great meal. Free parking, great location, great price. It made our McGill graduation weekend a splendid one–thank you Luke, you’re a perfect host. We’ll be back with friends and rent both suites in the future.
